What One Serving of Fruit Looks Like


Healthy eating is often easier said than done. Many of us kicked off 2015 full of inspiration and motivation to achieve our health and fitness goals. We're hitting the gym, drinking water like a camel at an oasis and counting our calories. And you know we're eating our fruits and vegetables...we've just might not know how much is too much and how much is not enough.

Fortunately, Popsugar (and Grace Hitchcock) had provided us with a helpful (and beautiful!) infographic to show us how to "eyeball the fruit you need every day to support your healthy life."
